- ¾ cup Oatsome
- 1-2 tsp BBF Monk Fruit sweetener
- 1 Tbsp BBF Cacao
- ¾ cup strong brewed coffee
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Dairy-free whipped topping for serving - optional
1. In a small saucepan, add Oatsome, cacao, and monk fruit. Heat over medium heat until steamy and the monk fruit has dissolved.
2. Stir in the coffee, peppermint extract, and vanilla and remove from heat.
3. Serve in a large mug and top with dairy-free whipped topping.
