Chocolate Chip Banana Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup of ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF—line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the vegan butter, granulated sugar, and banana until well combined and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, and baking soda until combined.
  4. 4. Add the Oatsome Oat Flour Blend to the creamed mixture. Mix until flour is incorporated.
  5. 5. Mix in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
