- 1 egg white (or 2 tbsp aquafaba* (aka chickpea liquid))
- 1 tbsp sugar (granulated white, turbinado, or cane)
- 1 tbsp BBF cacao powder (unsweetened)
- 1 cup Oatsome Chocolate Oat Milk
- In a mixing bowl with a whisk attachment, combine egg white (or aquafaba), sugar, and cacao powder.
- Whip till light and fluffy.
- Pour Chocolate oat milk into a glass and top with whipped chocolate foam.
- Sprinkle with your favorite chocolate.
