- 6. Store cold brew coffee in the refrigerator.
- 7. Prepare vanilla syrup by combining 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan.
- 8. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook just until the sugar dissolves.
- 9. Remove the saucepan from the stove and let the sugar syrup cool to room temperature.
- 10. Stir in vanilla. Store this vanilla syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- 11. Make the vanilla sweet cream in a small bowl by combining the oat milk, non-dairy heavy cream, and 2 tablespoons of the prepared vanilla syrup. Stir well.
- 12. If you do not use all of it immediately, store it in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
