- 1 cup dates, pit removed
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- ¾ cup diced almonds
- 1 cup Oatsome Protein Oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 3-4 Tbsp water
- ¼ cup ground freeze-dried strawberries for rolling
Combine all ingredients, dates, freeze-dried strawberries, almonds, oats, and chia seeds, in a food processor.
Pulse until all ingredients are chopped finely but not a paste yet. You don’t want it to be a paste but lots of small pieces. Add the water a couple of tablespoons at a time until your dough forms a slightly sticky dough.
Scoop dough into balls and chill while you grind freeze-dried strawberries into a powder using a spice or coffee grinder or place in a plastic bag with a zip top and smash them into a powder. Roll balls into strawberry powder and chill.
