Savory Oats with Zucchini

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini (about one small zucchini)
  • 2 cups Oatsome oat milk
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Toppings: avocado, egg, tomatoes, etc.


  1. Combine the oats, shredded zucchini, and Oatsome in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Heat until simmering, then reduce heat to medium low and cook for 8-10 minutes. If too thick, add more Oatsome to reach desired consistency. 
  2. Divide the oatmeal between 2 bowls and top with your desired toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
