- 2 1/2 cups Oatsome Quick Oats
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 cups Oatsome Oat Milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- coconut oil - for greasing the baking dish

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly grease heart-shaped muffin tins or regular muffin tins with coconut oil.
- Add all your ingredients except the fresh raspberries in a large bowl and stir.
- Let the mixture rest for 2-3 minutes so the Oatsome Quick Oats have time to soak the Oatsome Oat Milk up a little.
- Scoop the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
- Top with the raspberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, until the mixture is set and lightly golden brown on the edges.
- Remove from the oven, and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with yogurt, additional berries, jam, or syrup, or enjoy as is.
