  • 2 1/2 cups Oatsome Quick Oats
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Oatsome Oat Milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • coconut oil - for greasing the baking dish

Directions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease heart-shaped muffin tins or regular muffin tins with coconut oil.
  3. Add all your ingredients except the fresh raspberries in a large bowl and stir.
  4. Let the mixture rest for 2-3 minutes so the Oatsome Quick Oats have time to soak the Oatsome Oat Milk up a little.
  5. Scoop the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
  6. Top with the raspberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  7. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, until the mixture is set and lightly golden brown on the edges.
  8. Remove from the oven, and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve with yogurt, additional berries, jam, or syrup, or enjoy as is.
  10. Enjoy your Raspberry Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cups!
