Raspberry Blended Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oatsome Organic Overnight Oats
  • 1 cup Oatsome Regular Organic Oat Milk
  • 1/2 cup plain non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • Toppings:
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 4 Tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Directions

  1. Add Oatsome Overnight Oats, non-dairy milk, non-dairy yogurt, and fresh raspberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide fresh raspberries into the bottom of two glass and pour blend oats over top and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove oats from fridge and pour melted chocolate over top. Place back in fridge until chocolate is set.
  4. Enjoy your Raspberry Blended Overnight Oats!
