Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup Oatsome Overnight Oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional Toppings:
  • non-dairy whipped topping
  • chopped pecans
  • cinnamon


  1. In a jar, combine all ingredients and stir to combine. Place the lid on and put it in the fridge overnight. Remove from fridge and top with non-dairy whipped topping and sprinkle with pecans and cinnamon.
