Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin purée frozen in ice cubes
  • 1 frozen banana chopped
  • 1 medjool date pitted
  • 1 Tbsp natural almond butter
  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Barista Oat milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • GARNISH (OPTIONAL)
  • granola
  • pumpkin seeds
  • pumpkin spice

Directions

Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Remember the amount of liquid varies depending on how frozen and thick you prefer your smoothie bowl.
