Ingredients
- 1 cup Oatsome Protein Oats
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice or water
- 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- Toppings & Additions:
- Oatsome Oatmilk, candied pecans
Directions
To a small/medium pot, add the oats and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Once simmering, stir in the pumpkin, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
Cook just until the oats are softened and pleasant to chew, but not mushy, about 8-10 minutes. Taste and adjust spices as you see fit (be careful, a little goes a long way!).
Serve hot, topped with additional maple syrup, candied pecans splash of oat milk.
