
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Oatsome Overnight Oats
- 1/3 cup chopped pineapple (chop into very small pieces)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla or rum extract
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- toppings: pineapple and coconut chips
Directions
- In a mason jar, add the overnight oats mix, pineapple, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and coconut yogurt.
- Stir to combine.
- Seal the mason jar tightly and give it a good shake, making sure all ingredients are well combined. Place in the fridge overnight.
- Remove the oats from the fridge and remove the lid. Stir with a spoon and top with preferred toppings.
