Pina Colada Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oatsome Overnight Oats
  • 1/3 cup chopped pineapple (chop into very small pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla or rum extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • toppings: pineapple and coconut chips

Directions

  1. In a mason jar, add the overnight oats mix, pineapple, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and coconut yogurt.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Seal the mason jar tightly and give it a good shake, making sure all ingredients are well combined. Place in the fridge overnight.
  4. Remove the oats from the fridge and remove the lid. Stir with a spoon and top with preferred toppings.
