- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 4 cups Oatsome Barista Blend
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 Tbsp of chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 cup non-dairy whipped cream
In a bowl add whipping cream and 2 Tbsp of the chocolate Jell-o pudding mix. Whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside. Add 4 cups of oat milk to a medium saucepan, add in the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat. Divide into 4 cups and top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed peppermint candy.
