Oatsome Ice Cream

  • 4 cups Oatsome oat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • Pinch of sea salt


  1. Place all the ingredients in small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil, whisking to avoid scalding the mild. Reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 5-8 mins.
  2. Remove mixture from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. 
  3. Place the cooled mixture into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. You can enjoy your ice cream immediately or you can place it in the freezer to solidify further. 
  4. Serve your ice cream with your favorite treat, or enjoy plain.
  5. Enjoy!
