Ingredients

- •1 cup butter, melted and cooled
- •2 1/4 cups brown sugar packed
- •2 1/4 cups Oatsome Protein Oats
- •1 tsp vanilla
- •1 egg
- •1 tsp salt
- •3 Tbsp flour all-purpose (or a gluten-free flour blend)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- 2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and remo ve from heat. Allow cooling for 5 minutes.
- 3. In a mixing bowl or mixer, combine brown sugar, protein oats, egg, and vanilla. Gradually add brown butter. Mix until combined.
- 4. Stir in salt and flour.
- 5. Using a cookie scoop, drop onto a parchment - lined cookie shee t leaving ample room to spread. Bake for 7 - 8 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about a minute before removing them to a wire rack.
