- 1/2 cup oat milk ice cream
- 1/2 cup vanilla plant-based yogurt
- ½ cup Oatsome Original Oat Milk
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves
- ½ tsp mint extract
- 1-2 drops of green food coloring
- 2-3 Tbsp non-dairy whipped topping
Add all ingredients into a blender except for the whipped topping.
Blend for 60 to 90 seconds until the mixture is smooth. Pour into a glass top with non-dairy whipped topping and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
