Oat Milk Rice Pudding

  • 3 cups Oatsome Oat Milk
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup or granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup long grain white rice
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon, or to taste


Add the oat milk, sugar, salt, rice, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a saucepan and heat over high heat. Stir to mix well.
Bring the oat milk to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 20 minutes stirring frequently to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan and clumping together.
When the rice is tender and creamy, transfer to serving dishes. Allow to cool slightly. Serve with a splash of oat milk, fresh berries, and chopped pistachios.
