Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup agave syrup or granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup long grain white rice
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon, or to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Add the oat milk, sugar, salt, rice, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a saucepan and heat over high heat. Stir to mix well.
  2. 2. Bring the oat milk to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 20 minutes stirring frequently to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan and clumping together.
