Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup Oatsome Oat Flour Blend
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pastel chocolate candy pieces
- 1/2 cup pastel peanut chocolate pieces
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.
- Set aside. Combine Oatsome Oat Flour Blend, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined. Fold in candy pieces until evenly mixed in the dough.
- Scoop dough onto cookie sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes for small cookies and 12-14 minutes for larger cookies.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
