Ingredients
- 1 cup Oatsome Oat Flour
- 1 cup Oatsome Oat Milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup optional
- 1-3 Tbsp butter or oil
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until slightly frothy and smooth. Place the entire blender in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
2. Stir before using. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium with 1 tsp butter or oil. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup* of the crepe mixture into the skillet. Allow the crepe to set. When you tilt the pan, the crepe is ready to flip when it slides.
3. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 8-10 crepes. Add your favorite fillings and serve immediately, or let them cool completely before storage.
