Matcha Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 5 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp matcha
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1 egg

Directions

In a bowl, sift and mix dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients and add to the dry mix.

Ladle waffle mix onto a waffle maker. Cook until light golden brown. Serve hot and toasty with maple syrup.
