Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups Oatsome Oat Milk
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup lemon yogurt for topping
- Sliced fresh lemons for topping
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds and Oatsome Oat Milk and stir well to avoid chunks.
- Add the maple, vanilla extract, salt and mix everything very well.
- Using a plastic wrap, cover the bowls and refrigerate for about 4 hours, or refrigerate overnight.
- Add a layer of lemon yogurt and chia pudding in small glasses (or dessert dishes), then a layer of lemon yogurt, and top with fresh lemon slices.
- Enjoy your Lemon Chia Pudding!
