Lemon Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups Oatsome Oat Milk
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup lemon yogurt for topping
  • Sliced fresh lemons for topping

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds and Oatsome Oat Milk and stir well to avoid chunks.
  2. Add the maple, vanilla extract, salt and mix everything very well.
  3. Using a plastic wrap, cover the bowls and refrigerate for about 4 hours, or refrigerate overnight.
  4. Add a layer of lemon yogurt and chia pudding in small glasses (or dessert dishes), then a layer of lemon yogurt, and top with fresh lemon slices.
  5. Enjoy your Lemon Chia Pudding!
