Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats

  • 1 ½ cups Oatsome Overnight Oats
  • ½ cup lemon non - dairy yogurt
  • 1 cup oat milk or water
  • Topping
  • ½ cup lemon non - dairy yogurt
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup blueberry jam or syrup


1. In a medium bowl, combine Oatsome Overnight Oats, lemon yogurt, and oat milk and stir until combined.

2. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

3. To serve in 3 small glasses, divide overnight oat mixture between glasses layering with blueberries and blueberry syrup and top with lemon yogurt and fresh blueberries.
