Iced Raspberry Matcha Oat Latte

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ Oatsome Barista Oat Milk
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp fresh raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp sweetener of choice
  • fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)


  1. (optional) Sift matcha powder through a small fine mesh strainer into a bowl or a mug.
  2. Bring your water to a soft simmer, don’t boil it.
  3. Add a few tablespoons of hot water to the matcha. To mix, use a matcha whisk or a milk frother.
  4. Pour in the remaining water and set aside.
  5. Crush raspberries with sweetener to create a jam.
  6. In a glass, add the raspberry jam to the bottom of the glass, add ice cubes, pour Oatsome Barista Oat Milk over the ice, and top with matcha tea and fresh raspberries if desired.
