Ingredients
- Pumpkin Cold Foam:
- 2 tbsp non-dairy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp Oatsome Barista Oat Milk
- 1 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Chai Tea Latte:
- 1/2 cup Oatsome Barista Oat Milk
- 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate
Directions
- Add all the pumpkin foam ingredients to a mason jar or glass.
- Use a milk frother to froth until whipped and well-combined (about 10–20 seconds). Set aside.
- Add ice to a glass, then top with 1/2 cup oat milk and 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate.
- Top the iced chai with the pumpkin foam.
