Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp pistachio paste
- 1 cup cold Oatsome Barista
- ½ cup ice
- 2 (1-ounce) shots espresso
- 2 Tbsp non-dairy whipped topping
- whole pistachios to garnish
Directions
Scrape the pistachio cream into the bottom of a clear, 12-ounce glass. Use a small rubber spatula or spoon to spread the cream across the bottom and up the sides of the glass. Add Ice and then pour the espresso over the ice and then pour oat milk into the glass, and top with non-dairy cream and pistachios. Serve immediately with a straw.
