Ingredients
- Lavender Cold Foam:
- 2 Tbsp non - dairy heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Oatsome Oat Milk
- 1 Tbsp lavender syrup
- 1 - 2 drops purple food coloring (optional for purple color)
- Lavender Cream Oat Milk Matcha:
- 1 ½ cups Oatsome Oat Milk
- 2 tsp pure matcha powder
Directions
Make the lavender cold foam:
1. Add the non-dairy heavy cream, Oatsome Oat Milk,lavender syrup, and food coloring (if using) to a small jar or container.
2. Froth for 10-20seconds with a milk frother, until the mixture is well combined. Set aside.
3. Add the Oatsome Oat Milk, and matcha powder to a large container. Using a milkfrother or matcha whisk, stir for 1-2 minutes until the matcha is well combined in theOatsome Oat Milk.
4. Pour the matcha into a tall glass over ice, then top with the lavender cold foam.
