Iced Chai Tea Latte with Pumpkin Cold Foam

  • Pumpkin Cold Foam:
  • 1 cup non-dairy whipped cream
  • 1/3 cup Oatsome Barista
  • 1/3 cup vanilla syrup
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • For the Chai Tea Latte:
  • 1 cup chai black tea concentrate
  • 1 cup Oatsome Barista
  • ice (enough to fill glass)


  1. Pumpkin Cold Foam: Combine non-dairy cream, Oatsome Barista, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice in a mason jar. Shake until well combined. 
  2. Add ice into a glass, add chai tea concentrate, and Oatsome Barista.
  3. Slowly pour the pumpkin cream cold foam over the iced chai tea latte. Some pumpkin cold foam will sit on top of the drink, and some will cascade into it.
  4. Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top to garnish.
