Honey Nut Granola

  • 4 cups Oatsome Protein Oats
  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ⅓ cup oil (avocado or coconut)
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon


In a large bowl, stir oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower kernels together. In a separate bowl, mix together oil, honey, water, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add to dry ingredients; mix well. Spread the mixture onto two ungreased baking sheets.

Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and stir. Return to the oven and continue baking until golden, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing.
