Ingredients

  • 4 cups Oatsome Protein Oats
  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup oil (avocado or coconut)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees °F (150 degrees C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, stir o ats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower kernels together. In a separate bowl, mix together oil, honey, water, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add to dry ingredients; mix well. Spread the mixture onto two ungreased baking sheets.
  3. 3. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 m inutes, remove from the oven, and stir. Return to the oven and continue baking until golden, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing.
