Ingredients
- 2 cup Oatsome Chocolate Oat Milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup cacao powder, or cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- 2 tsp peppermint extract
- GARNISH
- non-dairy whipped cream
- chocolate shavings
- Crushed peppermint candies
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
Blend on high for a minute, or until the pudding is creamy.
Transfer the pudding to a bowl, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours. Serve the chocolate chia mousse with a dollop of non-dairy whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and crushed peppermint.
