- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ⅓ cup coconut dairy free coconut milk ice cream
- ¼ cup oat milk
- 3 Tbsp pineapple juice
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- fresh pineapple
Place all of the ingredients in your blender and puree until relatively smooth. We like the wee little bits of coconut and pineapple that can remain.
Pour into a glass, and garnish with fresh pineapple and shredded coconut, if desired.
