
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oatsome Overnight Oats
- ¾ cup non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup thick plain yogurt (coconut or oat)
- 1 Tbsp hazelnut butter
- 2 Tbsp hazelnuts - toasted
- Chocolate hazelnut praline topping:
- 1 Tbsp hazelnut butter
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp plain non-dairy yogurt
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Directions
- Add Oatsome Overnight Oats, non-dairy milk, yogurt, hazelnut butter and, toasted hazelnuts to a blender and blend until combined and perfectly smooth. Add the blended oats to a large jar or two smaller ones and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from fridge and make the topping. Make the chocolate hazelnut praline by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir using a spoon until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the chocolate hazelnut praline on top of the oats.
- Before serving, add some toasted hazelnuts or your favorite toppings.
