Ingredients

  • ¾ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup thick plain yogurt (coconut or oat)
  • 1 Tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 2 Tbsp hazelnuts - toasted
  • Chocolate hazelnut praline topping:
  • 1 Tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp plain non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Add Oatsome Overnight Oats, non-dairy milk, yogurt, hazelnut butter and, toasted hazelnuts to a blender and blend until combined and perfectly smooth. Add the blended oats to a large jar or two smaller ones and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. 2. Remove from fridge and make the topping. Make the chocolate hazelnut praline by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir using a spoon until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Pour the chocolate hazelnut praline on top of the oats.
  4. 4. Before serving, add some toasted hazelnuts or your favorite toppings.
