Ingredients

  • Ingredients for Overnights oats:
  • 1/2 cup Oatsome Overnight Oats
  • 2/3 cup Oatsome Oat Milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla plant yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • Ingredients for Cookie dough bites:
  • 1 Tbsp honey or agave
  • 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1- 2 tsp Oatsome Oat Milk
  • 1/3 cup Oatsome Overnight Oats

Directions

  1. Add Oatsome Overnight Oats, Oatsome Oat Milk, yogurt and vanilla extract to a small bowl and mix till combined. Let sit in the fridge 4 hours or overnight.
  2. To make cookie dough bites, add Oatsome Overnight Oats and sweetener in a small bowl, mix to combine, and add a small amount of Oatsome Oat Milk to form a soft dough.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips, scoop into small bites, and refrigerate until ready to use. Remove overnight oats from the fridge and top with cookie dough bites and add mini chocolate chips if desired.
