- ⅓ cup Oatsome Protein Oats
- ⅓ cup Oatsome Original oat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp PBfit Protein Peanut Butter Spread
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350°F.
In a high-speed blender, combine oats, milk, egg, cacao powder, baking powder, honey, and vanilla and blend until smooth. Let the batter stand for 2-3 minutes so the oats can fully hydrate.
Grease an 8 oz ramekin with butter, oil, or cooking spray and place it on a baking sheet. Pour half of the batter into the ramekin. Sprinkle over half of the chocolate chips.
Place a tablespoon of peanut butter in the center and then pour the rest of the batter on top. Top with the rest of the chocolate chips and a drizzle of peanut butter.
Bake oats in the oven for 25 minutes or air fry for 15 minutes until they are puffed with a cake-like texture.
