- •1/3 cup Oatsome Protein Oats
- •1/3 cup Oatsome Original oat milk
- •1 egg
- •1 Tbsp cacao powder
- •1/2 tsp baking powder
- •1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- •1 Tbsp honey
- •1 Tbsp chocolate chips
- •1 Tbsp PBfit Protein Peanut Butter Spread
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350 °F .
- 2. In a high - speed blender, combine oats, milk, egg, cacao powder, baking powder, honey, and vanilla and blend until smooth. Let the batter stand for 2 - 3 minutes so the oats can fully hydrate.
- 3. Grease an 8 oz ramekin with butter, oil, or cooking spray and plac e it on a baking sheet. Pour half of the batter into the ramekin. Sprinkle over half of the chocolate chips.
- 4. Place a tablespoon of peanut butter in the center and then pour the rest of the batter on top. Top with the rest of the chocolate chips and a drizz le of peanut butter.
- 5. Bake oats in the oven for 25 minutes or air fry for 15 minutes until they are puffed with a cake - like texture.
