Ingredients
- 1 cup Oatsome Overnight Oats
- 1 cup Oatsome Oat Milk or water
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 Tbsp cheesecake jello mix
- carrots and nuts to garnish
Directions
- Combine Oatsome Overnight Oats, carrots, cinnamon, walnuts, Oatsome Oat Milk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready, remove it from the fridge and prepare the topping.
- In a small bowl, stir vanilla yogurt and cheesecake-flavored Jello mix until smooth and creamy. If layering, scoop a little of the topping into the bottom of a glass or jar, then scoop chilled overnight oats on top and then layer again with yogurt topping and garnish as desired.
