- 1. Combine Oatsome Overnight Oats, carrots, cinnamon, walnuts, Oatsome Oat Milk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- 2. When ready, remove it from the fridge and prepare the topping.
- 3. In a small bowl, stir vanilla yogurt and cheesecake-flavored Jello mix until smooth and creamy. If layering, scoop a little of the topping into the bottom of a glass or jar, then scoop chilled overnight oats on top and then layer again with yogurt topping and garnish as desired.
