Instructions

  1. 1. In a small saucepan on medium-low heat, add the blueberries, honey, and 1 teaspoon water. Cook the mixture until the blueberries pop, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Stir the mixture occasionally to keep it from burning.
  3. 3. If desired use a blender or immersion blender to puree the blueberry mixture or skip this step and let cool.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder and 1/4 cup water until it’s smooth and no lumps remain.
  5. 5. Place the blueberry puree in the bottom of a glass, followed by the ice cubes. Pour the oat milk over the ice and finish by adding the matcha/water mixture.
