
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups Oatsome Oat Milk
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup blueberry yogurt for topping
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries for topping
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds and Oatsome Oat Milk and stir well to avoid chunks.
- Add the maple, vanilla extract, salt and mix everything very well.
- Using a plastic wrap, cover the bowls and refrigerate for about 4 hours, or refrigerate overnight.
- In small glasses (or dessert dishes), add a layer of blueberry yogurt, then chia pudding and a layer of blueberry yogurt, and top with fresh blueberries.
