Blueberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup blueberry yogurt for topping
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries for topping

Instructions

  1. 1. In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds and Oatsome Oat Milk and stir well to avoid chunks.
  2. 2. Add the maple, vanilla extract, salt and mix everything very well.
  3. 3. Using a plastic wrap, cover the bowls and refrigerate for about 4 hours, or refrigerate overnight.
  4. 4. In small glasses (or dessert dishes), add a layer of blueberry yogurt, then chia pudding and a layer of blueberry yogurt, and top with fresh blueberries.
