Ingredients
- 1 cup Oatsome Overnight Oats
- 1 cup Oatsome Oat Milk
- 2 tsp acai powder
- Topping
- 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt
- 1 tsp acai powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
Directions
- In a bowl mix together Oatsome Overnight Oats, acai powder and Oatsome Oat Milk until combined.
- Place in the fridge to set and get creamy for 4 hours or overnight.
- For yogurt topping combine all the ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Alternate layering yogurt and overnight oats into a glass and top with berries and a dusting or acai powder if desired.
